Therese K. Fauerbach: Chief Executive Officer
Therese is a highly regarded business leader and entrepreneur with an extensive track record in international management and consulting. As Chief Executive Officer of Northridge, Therese leads a consulting services organization committed to providing real-world, cost effective and executable solutions that drive profitability. Through deep understanding of analytics and honest discussion, Therese creates simplified and attainable business solutions for organizations with complex operational problems. She advises C-level executives across the Fortune 100 and has, on occasion, acted as an interim executive. Under her leadership, Northridge has operated profitably each year since its inception. Therese holds a BA in accounting from St. Norbert College and an MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. She serves on several boards including The Goodman Theatre’s Business Council and The Cradle Foundation, one of the foremost adoption agencies in the country. She is a former chair on the board for The Chicago Network.
Daren Moore: President
As a member of the Northridge executive team, Daren brings 25 years of experience in telecom and financial management, both within large global enterprises, and entrepreneurial ventures. He has successfully built businesses from the ground up, including the organizations, processes and applications required to provide complex professional and managed service offerings. The consulting and managed services teams he has built have become leaders in their respective spaces. At Northridge, Daren leads with the operational depth required to identify and realize dramatic improvements for our clients in the areas of strategy development, cost and quality improvements, technology assessments and process redesign. Daren has a sharp focus on ensuring we continue to over deliver and delight customers with our commitment to their success. Daren holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Southern Illinois University.
Marriann Cole: Chief Strategy Officer
A member of the firm from its early years, Marriann has served Northridge in a variety of roles including Senior Vice President of Service Delivery, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and currently as the Chief Strategy Officer. Whether working on internal Northridge matters or leading an engagement for a premier client, Marriann applies her hallmark style of a disciplined, steady approach focused at solving the right problem, to ensure that exceptional results with long-lasting impacts are delivered time and again. Marriann has guided the firm through years of successive growth and profitability, and continues to focus on the future development of Northridge. A proponent of servant leadership, her philosophy is that successful, sustainable organizations are built on the foundation of team members who are coached and guided to grow and be their best. Marriann graduated from Clarke University with a BA in Math and Computer Science. She holds an MBA from the Executive Telecommunications Program at the Illinois Institute of Technology.
Leo Lanzillo: Chief Financial Officer
As a long-term member of the Northridge senior management team, Leo provides executive level oversight and leadership for select client engagements. Leo leverages his financial and technical expertise externally with clients to drive unique solutions and internally at Northridge to guide the firm's continued financial success. With over 25 years of experience, including senior management positions with both IBM’s and AT&T’s Global Network Services business, Leo’s knowledge spans software development, project management, executive operations and financial leadership. He holds a BA in Computer Science from Harvard University and an MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago.
Pam Plyler: Executive Practice Lead, Customer Experience
Pam has over 20 years of experience in the development and implementation of strategies to improve customer experience, specifically focused on the effectiveness and efficiency of Inside Sales and Contact Center operations. Pam has successfully executed high-impact, strategic initiatives in all major business verticals including healthcare, retail, financial services, wholesale, and government. As Customer Experience Practice Lead, Pam provides leadership, expertise, and insights to clients looking to transform their contact centers and drive towards best-in-class performance in quality and operational effectiveness and efficiency. Pam drives results through her passionate leadership, process re-engineering, technology solutions, and organizational design. Pam holds a B.S. in Mathematics and a Masters in Statistics, both from the University of Akron.
Joe Foster: Executive Practice Lead, Enterprise and Government
For over 15 years, Joe has worked in a variety of operational and financial executive roles. Joe has maximized his strong financial management background, leading teams whose focus is on improving client profitability. Prior to his role at The Northridge Group, Joe was the Vice President, Global Client Success Group with geographic responsibility for EMEA, Latin America and APAC. Joe’s organization included both domestic and international managers responsible for customer satisfaction, contract compliance, contract renewals, and revenue. As Northridge’s Executive Practice Lead, Enterprise and Government, Joe leads the practice area and drives operational efficiency and financial improvements for clients. Joe started his career in the United States Navy, holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of Georgia and an M.S. in Finance from Georgia State University.
Petra Seals: Director, Managed Services
Petra brings a breadth of strategic consulting experience in operations, process improvement, leadership development and cultural change. Previously, as a senior consultant for a privately held global operations improvement firm, Petra worked on various projects to reduce operating costs through production efficiency improvements, improve overall profitability through increased utilization of existing assets, and in-depth data analysis for better cost management. Petra has diverse experience, consulting on projects in manufacturing, transportation, health care and logistics firms. She brings a positive impact to businesses by mining key business insights, sustaining achievements through cultural and behavioral change programs, and working to implement strategy and improve efficiency. Petra holds a B.A. in Advertising from Marquette University in Wisconsin, graduating Magna Cum Laude. In addition, she holds a Masters in Urban Education from Mercy College in New York. She is fluent in Dutch, English, French, German and Spanish.
