Shannon Neumayer

Vice President of Finance

Shannon is a key member of the executive team and spearheads Northridge’s financial strategies. As a strategic partner and dedicated leader with significant experience in finance, sales operations, and analytics, she specializes in providing insights to better align performance metrics with the company’s strategic vision. Shannon leverages her 20 years of expertise, consulting on critical projects to enhance financial strategy and champion efficiencies throughout the organization. Her focus is on providing analytical oversight and direction to drive revenue growth and yield enhancement.

Before joining Northridge, Shannon was a Senior Consultant at CTS Impact, where she focused on refining operational processes and formulating financial strategies for select client engagements. Much of her career was in the logistics industry at Hub Group, Inc., where she held several leadership positions, most recently as Senior Director of Finance and Compliance. During her tenure, Shannon implemented sound operational plans to achieve financial objectives and secure long-term growth.

Shannon holds an MBA from Loyola University Chicago and a B.S. in Business Administration from Valparaiso University. Beyond her corporate contributions, Shannon is actively involved in community service, currently serving as an Executive Board Member & Treasurer at Hope’s Front Door.
