About Us

Corporate Social Responsibility

Supporting the Communities Where We Live and Work

Giving back is an essential part of our business.

It’s how we pay it forward and stay connected to our community and the world around us in meaningful ways.

Business Women at Work

Empowering women in the workplace, entrepreneurship and leadership are important causes to us.

We support organizations that make a difference in our communities, including:

  • The Cradle
  • YWCA
  • Mercy Home for Boys and Girls
  • Thresholds
  • The Chicago Network
  • Girl Scouts
  • Northridge also supports local education programs in Chicago and elsewhere, such as Communities in Schools of Chicago, The Daniel Murphy Scholarship Fund, and BabyRead.

Northridge is a proud participant in Christ the King’s corporate work-study program.

This program affords high school students the opportunity to job-share a position to earn their college prep tuition.

This opportunity not only helps students gain valuable work experience and cultivate a strong network of professional relationships but allows employers to enrich their diversity and talent pipelines for future recruiting.

We Exist to Serve

Below are just a few of the organizations Northridge proudly supports.
