Quality Solutions & Customer Analytics Operations Manager – Quality Monitoring
Michele is NRG’s Quality Solutions & Customer Analytics Operations Manager, carrying more than 24 years of experience as QM for the travel, financial, human resource, government, energy, healthcare, and telecommunications industries.
Responsible for over 25 NRG employees, Michele assists with Resource Forecasting and the completion of the company’s extensive business assessments. She is a support in the development and delivery of monthly and quarterly reporting.
Highly experienced in the development of Workforce Management tools, Michele, acts as a close liaison between client QA counterparts, program specialists, quality mentors, delivery executives, and data analysts. Additionally, she is a program and guideline expert to assist in promoting support to colleagues, program managers, developers, and client leadership.
Michele has a bachelor’s in Elementary Education.
