As an Executive Advisor to The Northridge Group’s Growth and Emerging Markets teams, Stephen helps with the organization’s delivery of actionable, data-driven customer insights for clients. In addition, he assists the team in developing new service offerings to address evolving market opportunities within the telecommunications and related industry sectors.
Stephen has decades of experience serving Fortune 500 global businesses, including more than 15 years as an Executive Leader within AT&T Global Business group where he helped lead teams of up to 3,000 and oversaw an extensive operational portfolio that drove business growth, produced double-digit cost reductions, and doubled Net Promoter Score (NPS) results.
He has a proven track record leading complex, multi-year business transformation initiatives that consistently achieved or surpassed revenue and performance goals. In addition to managing significant operational and capital expense budgets, Stephen’s areas of specialty include strategy development, program execution, and customer engagement and experience.
