The Northridge Group’s Rotational Development program is an immersive, two-year, diversified work experience program for highly motivated recent college graduates who are interested in gaining broad business experience and learning about the many facets of a management consulting practice.
At the start…
As a participant in the Rotational Development program, you will gain cross-functional experience working in multiple disciplines as you complete rotations in different departments within our firm. This provides an opportunity for us, together, to understand your interests and what a future career path might look like at our firm.
At the end…
Participants will be equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to be successful in a broad spectrum of business roles. A discussion aligning your rotational assignment experiences to your long-term interests will help determine the department that is the best fit, so you can embark on the next phase of your career at Northridge.
The program begins with a rotation as either a Digital Marketing Specialist or a Business Analyst.
Subsequent rotations could include positions in varied functional areas such as:
- Digital Marketing/Social Media
- Business Analyst
- Data Analytics
- Quality Monitoring
During your rotations, you will be encouraged to push boundaries and solve problems.
You will gain real world experience by working collaboratively with cross-functional team members and experienced consultants on diverse projects.
Over the course of the program you will receive:
- Career development support
- Training (as needed) in programs/platforms/analytical tools such as Tableau, SQL, HubSpot, WordPress, NetBase, etc.
- Exposure to a wide range of experiences and opportunities for skill development
- The opportunity to learn first-hand from our consultants, who are seasoned professionals from many industries.

Digital Marketing Specialist (Rotational Development Program)
The Northridge Group’s Rotational Development program is an immersive, two-year, diversified work experience program for highly motivated recent college graduates who are interested in gaining broad business experience and learning about the many facets of a management consulting practice. This position begins with a rotation as a Digital Marketing Specialist.
Responsibilities include supporting the firm’s digital marketing and social media efforts with a focus on leveraging CRM and digital lead management tools and supporting Northridge’s leadership team in the development, implementation and analysis of email and social media campaigns.

Business Analyst (Rotational Development Program)
The Northridge Group’s Rotational Development program is an immersive, two-year, diversified work experience program for highly motivated recent college graduates who are interested in gaining broad business experience and learning about the many facets of a management consulting practice. This position begins with a rotation as a Business Analyst.
Responsibilities include performing analytics to determine a fact-based problem statement, modeling to determine scenario outcomes from improvement recommendations, as well as documenting current and future states for processes and use of technology.
Our Internship program exposes college students to real-world experiences.
Our Internship program is designed for highly motivated college students who want to gain real-world experience. Our interns work side-by-side with professionals on unique projects and quickly become part of our team. While our interns typically focus on one area of interest, they are exposed to all aspects of our business.
How long does the internship program last?
Internships are approximately 10 weeks long and may be available beginning in January, May and September (depending on need)
