The Northridge Group Announces Two New Executive Positions with Hiring of Chief Growth Officer and Chief Human Capital, Diversity and Inclusion Officer

Carla Carry and Laura Inniss join Northridge’s senior leadership team to support growth objectives, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.

Rosemont, IL – (Business Wire) – The Northridge Group, a leading management consulting firm, today announced the appointment of two new leaders to its executive team. Carla Carry has joined The Northridge Group as Chief Growth Officer and will lead all key functions critical to delivering long-term, sustainable growth, including strategy, marketing and product development. Laura Inniss has been named Chief Human Capital, Diversity and Inclusion Officer. In this newly created role, she will support all strategic human resource efforts with a focus on executive development and ensuring Northridge’s commitments to diversity and inclusion are reflected in our workforce.

Carla Carry is a senior executive with an established track record of transforming global brands to deliver revenue and market share growth. She has a diverse background and most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer at PSAV, a global leader in event experiences. She also held senior leadership roles at Adtalem Global Education, including General Manager at DeVry University and Vice President of Marketing and Product Management at Becker Professional Education. Moreover, for 15 years Carry grew iconic brands in consumer packaged goods for General Mills and the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company.

As Chief Growth Officer, Carry will be responsible for identifying strategic growth opportunities, enhancing The Northridge Group’s brand, and developing products and solutions to meet the ever-evolving needs of clients. “The breadth of experience and fresh perspective Carla brings to the table will enable us to build on our successes and provide immediate value to our clients,” said Fauerbach. “I am truly excited about the impact Carla will have on ensuring Northridge continues to provide tailor-made solutions that help our clients meet their goals and objectives.”

Laura Inniss has been an Executive Consultant and member of the Northridge team since 2009. She is a seasoned executive with demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, innovation and the implementation of technical and organizational initiatives. As Chief Human Capital, Diversity and Inclusion Officer, Inniss will be responsible for developing and acquiring the additional talent Northridge needs to be successful well into the future.

Before joining Northridge, Inniss held executive-level positions reporting to the CEO office at XM Satellite Radio, XO Communications and MCI Communications Corporation. Known for leading by example, she has been recognized for her effective leadership skills and her flair for motivating and mentoring others, traits that will serve her well in her new role.
