The Northridge Group’s Bryan Gillis Appears as Guest on Ed Molitor’s The Athletics of Business Podcast

Northridge’s Executive Practice Lead of Quality Solutions and Customer Analytics, Bryan Gillis, recently appeared as a guest on The Athletics of Business Podcast hosted by Ed Molitor. In this podcast, Bryan discusses how participating in athletics, overcoming struggles with dyslexia, and having strong mentors like Therese Fauerbach all prepared him for his current role and influenced how he coaches employees.

“ABCD: Always Be Connecting [The] Dots.” During times like these, it’s more important than ever to be a continuous learner and open to diversity of thought. “Building culture, maintaining relationships, expanding your toolset, and growing as a leader are all assets that will add to the value you bring to your organization,” Gillis explains. “If there are three pieces of advice that I could share and hope that people take away from this podcast, it would be that your interactions with those around you are meaningful and will last for years to come, figure out what is the best way for you to learn as an individual, and the quicker you can get comfortable with failure, the better off you will be in the long run,” Gillis says.

The Athletics of Business Podcast is all about exploring the leadership lessons, mental fortitude, and sustained success that truly great athletes and successful business professionals share. Sports are constantly used as an analogy for business because sports are a microcosm of life. The podcasts dig into the skills, traits, and behaviors that empower individuals to unleash their greatness. It’s for people of action, people looking to level up their leadership and performance, and people who want sustained success and have the competitive mindset needed to go the distance.
