NRG Sponsors The Chicago Network’s Women in the Forefront 2020

The Northridge Group is, once again, a proud supporter of The Chicago Network and a sponsor of their annual Women in the Forefront virtual program.

Unparalleled times call for extraordinary leadership. To celebrate two extraordinary women in the forefront this year, The Chicago Network is hosting their first-ever dual Women in the Forefront events. These events feature some of the most empowering women leaders in our nation, including: WNBA Commissioner Cathy Engelbert on Tuesday, October 20th from 12:00 – 1:00 PM CT and Librarian of Congress Dr. Carla Hayden on Tuesday, October 27th also from 12:00 – 1:00 PM CT in which these influential figures will share their professional and personal experiences.

The Chicago Network is a premier organization of diverse, professional women in the Chicago area who have reached the highest echelons of business, the arts, government, the professions and academia. Their purpose is to create empowering relationships for women leaders that enable its members to increase their impact on the organization and the community at large through peer networking, mutual support and issue awareness. TCN recognizes that often, women are left behind when it comes to matters of gender inclusion and equity, and they believe that it is critical that we all be more intentional about including all women, more specifically, women of all colors. NRG is proud to be affiliated with such an organization that will continue to create programming and resources to support the women’s leadership community in Chicago and use their voices and influence for the betterment of Chicago’s women leaders.
