Business Development Executive
As a Business Development Executive, Adon has spent his career driving business plans, growth strategy, and brand awareness initiatives that delivered multi-million-dollar revenue and margin growth for both start-ups and Fortune 500 firms. He offers expertise in scaling organizations and carries deep experience in the startup ecosystem as a founder and business advisor. Through his experience, he has become well-versed in defining and optimizing strategy to grow engagement and acquiring partners. He holds a comprehensive knowledge of affiliate space and how to identify, structure, and optimize partnerships, applying a strategic approach to interfacing with C-suite executives, startup leaders, and VC/PE partners.
Adon has held senior positions at Bonafacious, Inc., PeopleJoy and Vistage International. He’s been credited with Raised $14M+ in capital for startups across the technology, CBD manufacturing, and NFT sectors, structured strategic partnerships, and issued strategic business advice to startup leaders. He drove $15M in new revenue by cultivating 16 affinity partnerships with professional, government, and community organizations in the hospitality, automotive, and SMB sectors.
