With over 15 years of experience in the technology industry, Nathan is a sought-after thought leader in data analytics, cloud technology, infrastructure security, and contact center technology. He works with clients such as Experian, Duke Energy, Palantir, and HCSC and helps them unlock new insights and opportunities through intelligent data and leading-edge technologies.

Whether he is developing an effective data strategy for clients, deploying cloud analytics platforms for actionable insights, or designing large-scale data architectures, Nathan brings a deep understanding of customer business requirements, expertise, and lessons learned to every project and adeptly creates solutions to meet client needs.

As a technology thought leader with a published article entitled The Impact of ChatGPT on Contact Center Performance, Nathan recognizes the enormous potential of GPT-4 to help businesses make better use of the vast amounts of data available today and looks forward to collaborating with clients to explore opportunities for integrating this new technology into their existing contact center, data analytics, and cloud platforms.

Nathan has proven ability to assess business processes, networks, and systems; streamline technology to better align with client needs; and implement technical improvements including system integrations and data transfers. He has proven skills in cloud solutions, contact center technology, data analytics, and cybersecurity.

Nathan holds an M.S. in Business Information Technology from DePaul University and a B.S. in Network and Communication Management from DeVry University.
