An experienced change agent, Molly delivers transformative training and change management solutions that renew organizational focus and competitiveness. With over 12 years of experience in leadership, Contact Center, Customer Experience, operations and operational change management, Molly brings expertise in initiating and implementing new organizational structures, talent development programs, strategic training programs and transformational change strategies.
Lean Six Sigma yellow belt certified and proficient in the ADKAR methodology, communications and training design, Molly’s expertise includes creating web-based training programs, leveraging instructional design methodologies and facilitating training sessions, including educational workshops, certifications, product demos, online web training, coaching calibrations and guided performance improvement discussions.
Having served as a Change Management Manager for Wiley Education Services and as a Client Lead for Mattersight Corporation prior to joining Northridge, Molly has extensive experience successfully developing and executing long and short-term strategies to improve overall company performance.
Molly holds a B.A. in Human Development from The University of Chicago and an M.S. in Management, Strategy and Leadership from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
