Mary Kane
Managing Principal, Healthcare
Mary is a clinical executive in the healthcare industry with over 20 years of progressive, operational and leadership expertise. She focuses on expanding Northridge’s presence in the evolving healthcare market, applying her extensive experience to engage with clients and deliver strategic solutions that meet the challenging operational, clinical and technology demands of both healthcare insurers and healthcare providers.
Before joining Northridge, Mary served as System Vice President and Chief Clinical Informatics Officer at Advocate Aurora Health, one of the largest integrated delivery systems in the country, with a network of 27 hospitals and over 500 sites of care. Prior to that she was Vice President and Regional Chief Nursing Informatics Officer at Catholic Health Initiatives, now Common Spirit Health, the largest non-profit healthcare system in the country. In each of these roles, Mary led the development, deployment and integration of new technology to support clinicians and patients, improving quality of care, clinical and operational efficiencies, and the patient and clinician experience. She also transformed nursing practice for the digital age, improving engagement, governance and accountability. Mary holds a B.S. in Nursing from Loyola University and an M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University.
