Laura Inniss

Chief Operations Officer

Laura leads Northridge’s strategic human resource efforts, including executive development, defining long-term talent acquisition plans, and advancing diversity and inclusion. A seasoned executive with demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, innovation and the implementation of technical and organizational initiatives, Laura is responsible for developing and acquiring the talent Northridge needs to be successful well into the future. Known for leading by example, she has been recognized for her effective leadership skills and her flair for motivating and mentoring others. Laura works to build a diverse talent pool and ensure that employees of all backgrounds feel welcome and valued as they work together to help Northridge surpass its goals.

Before joining Northridge as an Executive Consultant in 2009, Laura held executive-level positions including SVP of Strategy reporting to the CEO office at XM Satellite Radio, VP of Telco Cost Management at XO Communications and several positions with MCI Communications Corporation. Laura holds both a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Howard University. Laura has held board positions with Girl Scout Council of the Nation’s Capital and Capital Hospice.
