Chief Growth Officer
Carla is a senior executive with a proven track record of transforming global brands to deliver revenue and market share growth. She brings together and leads the key functions critical to delivering long-term, sustainable growth including strategy, marketing, product, and business development. A results-driven leader with expertise in strategy, branding, digital, communications, innovation, insights and customer experience, Carla is responsible for identifying strategic growth opportunities, enhancing The Northridge Group’s brand, and developing products and solutions to meet the ever-evolving needs of clients.
Before joining Northridge, Carla served as Chief Marketing Officer at PSAV, a global leader in event experiences. For 15 years she grew iconic brands in consumer-packaged goods for General Mills and The Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company. She also held senior leadership roles at Adtalem Global Education, including General Manager at DeVry University and Vice President of Marketing and Product Management at Becker Professional Education. Carla received an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University.
