Internships

Our Internship program exposes college students to real-world experiences.

Our Internship program is designed for highly motivated college students who want to gain real-world experience. Our interns work side-by-side with professionals on unique projects and quickly become part of our team. While our interns typically focus on one area of interest, they are exposed to all aspects of our business.

How long does the internship program last?

Internships are approximately 10 weeks long and may be available beginning in January, May and September (depending on need).

Who can apply?

Internships are open to current college Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors.

“Why do I keep coming back? It’s the people, projects, and philosophy. Not to mention, the only coffee interns have to get is their own.”

The people at Northridge have gone from friendly to my friends, and I’ve seen how high-level professionals interact and excel in their fields. I was assigned projects geared towards my knowledge and academic focus; I’ve honed a skill set that is necessary for standing out amongst my peers. Northridge’s philosophy is just as much about assisting interns as it is about being assisted by interns—As an intern, you’ll be matched with a mentor at the director level whose expertise aligns with your career goals. I cannot name a more insightful, productive, and valuable summer experience.

Thanks to the 3 P’s of a Northridge internship– the people, projects, and philosophy, you’ll never say it’s just work. You will be part of a professional network you won’t want to say goodbye to.”
