Chief Talent Officer
As a member of The Northridge Group’s senior management team, Melissa is responsible for overseeing the human resources function at Northridge. In this role, she drives the company’s human capital management strategy – including talent acquisition and development, organizational design and change management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement programs – to support the company’s continued growth, innovation, and profitability and ensure we have best-in-class talent to address our clients’ evolving needs.
Melissa comes with significant experience in management consulting, having worked for two leading global human capital management firms. She has directed human capital strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients and helped to position them for growth by building organizational and leadership capabilities, driving engagement and culture initiatives, and developing and executing strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Melissa holds a Finance degree from Indiana University and an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University with concentrations in finance, marketing, and strategy. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR).
