Katie Francis

Senior Director, Marketing & Analytics

Katie began her consulting career at The Northridge Group more than 10 years ago. In her current role as Marketing Director, she has been instrumental in developing Northridge’s digital marketing program and leading digital marketing campaigns to effectively communicate the firm’s value proposition to the marketplace. Prior to being named Marketing Director in November 2015, Katie successfully performed several diverse roles within Northridge – Analyst, Consultant, and Quality Monitoring Client Services Manager. As an analyst, Katie had responsibilities for supporting Northridge’s pre-sales and sales operations, conducting competitive research, market trend analysis, and industry benchmarking. As a Consultant to Northridge’s premier global customers, Katie excelled at connecting with clients on a working level, unearthing data flaws and process issues that instilled confidence and credibility among her client peers and building acceptance of Northridge recommendations from the ground floor. As the Client Services Manager, Katie skillfully supervised the internal operations team while delivering client-focused insights and data-driven recommendations. Katie received her bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana, graduating with highest honors.
