Jeff Quinn

Vice President, Professional Services

With 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Jeff leverages leadership, finance, technology, and analytics skills to develop and lead successful programs across Northridge’s government, telecommunications, and enterprise client base.

Jeff joined The Northridge Group in 2009 and is currently the Vice President of Professional Services. He specializes in telecom carrier solutions, service order processing, vendor management, product expansions, invoice auditing, and cost modeling. Jeff’s domain expertise allows him to create value throughout service-based operations and strategically improve financial performance. He leads the development and implementation of client solutions which include program leadership, analytics, technology, process implementation and transformation, organizational transformation, system requirements, and application development.

For nearly 20 years, Jeff was a successful Senior Manager for Telco Cost Management at Verizon Business and was responsible for creating, developing and leading a team of advanced network financial analysts. His team had responsibility for big-data usage platforms, new validation development, analyses of network expenses, and establishing regulatory priorities.

Jeff holds a B.A. from Indiana University with a double major in Telecommunications and Geography and a Business minor. He also completed a Mid-Management Certificate Program at Loyola University and an Advanced Management Program at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
