Brandie Gatlin

Senior Director, Customer Experience and Contact Center

Brandie brings significant customer experience expertise to Northridge client engagements. She has over 18 years of experience at Anthem Health, Inc., where she most recently served as Staff Vice President (Service Operations). In this position, she was responsible for developing member experience strategies and leading a large network of call centers located throughout the United States. Previous positions that Brandie held at Anthem Health include Director of Customer Care, Process Improvement Manager, and Performance Enhancement Manager.

Brandie holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), both from Troy University in Phenix City, AL
