The Northridge Group, a management consulting firm, announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Northridge Solutions, Inc., has completed the acquisition of Aon Hewitt's Customer Contact Monitoring group. Aon Hewitt is the global human resource consulting and outsourcing business of Aon Corporation (NYSE:AON).
Aon Hewitt's former Customer Contact Monitoring group helps organizations become leaders in customer service quality through full lifecycle design, implementation, and conduct of call and email monitoring programs.
The transaction closed February 3, 2012. Financial terms were not disclosed
