A project manager (PM) works on cross-functional teams to deliver business consulting projects that include strategic roadmaps, business process transformation and organizational effectiveness. A PM develops, defines, and executes project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables. A PM assigns and monitors work while working with senior management of companies to determine long-term goals by analyzing the client’s business and making recommendations for changes and improvements. Expertise within financial services, healthcare, or telecom sectors is a plus. Extensive experience in large scale program management, including technology initiatives is needed. Years of experience requirements vary based upon specific client project requirements.
