Co-founded in 1999 by Therese Fauerbach, The Northridge Group started with a team of top telecom industry executives. As the needs of our clients evolved, we have expanded beyond our telecom experience, developing deep expertise in healthcare, technology, financial services, transportation, government, and telecommunications.

Our niche background in telecom and contact center management enables us to blend technology and networking to drastically reduce costs, improve business processes and enhance customer support.
