Position Summary

Candidate’s primary function will be to support the firm’s digital marketing and social media efforts with a focus on leveraging CRM and digital lead management tools and supporting Northridge’s leadership team in the development, implementation and analysis of email and social media campaigns.

Job Specifics

Digital Marketing and Social Media

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, leveraging HubSpot and other tools to track results and manage leads
  • Nurture new leads through digital marketing efforts and monitor conversion
  • Conduct research and analysis to support business development initiatives
  • Manage website content updates
  • Audit website SEO to identify areas to be improved or optimized
  • Use HubSpot to plan and distribute email campaigns
  • Oversee social media marketing activity/write and post content on Facebook, LinkedIn, & Twitter
  • Analyze and report on website performance, email campaign performance, and social media traffic and effectiveness
  • Develop marketing content for website, blogs and sales materials
  • Assist with event planning

Business Development

  • Provide writing support for proposals, RFPs, and business development materials
  • Conduct research and analysis to support business development initiatives
  • Develop relevant content and graphics for sales support materials such as case studies and other business development documents

Marketing Team Support

  • Collaborate with other Marketing team members, providing project support as needed
  • Develop knowledge of specific practice areas to assist with business development


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, Technology or related discipline
  • One to three years of prior work experience in marketing /digital media (or equivalent experience), preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with digital marketing, social media campaigns and web content management
  • Strong PC skills including proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel 
  • Experience with Marketing Automation platforms and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. (HubSpot experience is a plus)
  • Knowledge of HTML and Content Management System (CMS) platforms, such as WordPress
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Adwords
  • Experience with SEO management (Knowledge of the BrightEdge platform is a plus)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter and social media scheduling tools, such as Hootsuite
  • Some graphic design skills and ability to create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations (Adobe Illustrator and/or InDesign experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to interface with a wide range of consultants and leaders, demonstrating strong team work and leadership skills as well as ability to work independently
