At The Northridge Group, giving back is an essential part of our business. It’s how we pay it forward and stay connected to our community and the world around us in meaningful ways.
Mercy Homes Visit with Jim and Therese Fauerbach
Empowering women in the workplace, entrepreneurship and youth leadership are important causes to us. We support organizations that make a difference in our communities, including the The Cradle, YWCA, Mercy Homes for Boys and Girls, Thresholds, The Chicago Network, and the Girl Scouts.
Northridge also supports local education programs in Chicago and elsewhere, such as Brother Small Loyola Arts Guild, Communities in Schools of Chicago, Daniel Murphy Scholarship Fund, Just the Beginning Foundation, BabyRead and the Goodman Theatre.
With our participation in the Cristo Rey Corporate Work Study program, students have the opportunity to work at Northridge in exchange for tuition assistance. The program helps students cultivate relationships and develop leadership skills in the context of a real-world career experience. Similarly, our Year Up program offers Information Technology internships and training to high school graduates between ages 18 to 24.
