Position Summary

A business analyst partners with client to understand their organizational structure, policies, operations and workflows in order to define barriers to operational efficiency or financial performance.  An analyst develops solutions for clients. Solutions represent the utilization of people, processes, and technology. Based on defined requirements and direction, organizes, maps, and models data to provide insights that ultimately improve a client’s business performance. A business analyst defines analytical requirements and methodology, as well as implements operational, financial, and/or statistical methodologies to find creative and innovative solutions. An analyst would document assumptions and data sources, and organize information for users review and use.  Years of experience requirements vary based upon specific client project requirements. Available opportunities for both employee positions and for consultant positions to support short-term project assignments.
