Once the root cause is identified, Northridge program managers set up a disciplined approach to achieve the best results for the client.  Working closely with the client, timelines, tasks and milestones are set up in a project plan that is updated weekly.  This tracking allows any roadblocks to be identified and resolved quickly.  It also keeps the project moving on time and within budget.
