We provide a full invoice reconstruction, relying on network data, CDRs and other available data sources for a view of what the invoice should be, rather than rely on the invoicing vendor to issue a correct invoice.
Our approach can quickly pinpoint the most significant problem areas, such as incorrect rates, misapplied discounts, incomplete usage records or inappropriate USOC items. We have developed auditing methodologies to sift through these records and uncover problems that could lead to higher costs. Through our analyses, errors typically representing 1% to 12% of a client’s monthly invoice have been found.
Northridge auditing services are available on a one-time or a monthly service bureau basis. We process your data, analyze and validate the information and turn it into management reports that allow you to pay or dispute invoices with confidence. If you choose, we can run the process end-to-end, filing the service provider disputes and providing dispute resolution services.
In addition, the network experts at Northridge will use your invoices and available network information to create a network inventory to baseline current network elements such as trunk, loop, usage quantities and costs. We then identify cost inefficiencies in the network and develop what-if modeling scenarios for future network enhancements or upgrades.

The inability to validate units − monthly recurring charges (MRCs), other charges and credits (OCCs), and usage − can stem from lack of resources, inadequate systems, or a combination of both.
