Owning the Problem Drives A Successful Resolution

Prior to the start of any engagement, Northridge works with project sponsors to establish a common understanding of the problem to be solved, the work to be done and the resources required.  A kick-off meeting is then arranged with the entire team to review the project plan, define responsibilities, identify milestones and set timelines.

Northridge employs a systematic and iterative approach to every project.  Using industry-accepted best practices and methodologies combined with anecdotal practical experience, Northridge outlines the steps necessary to achieve successful results at the beginning of each engagement.  This project plan serves as the roadmap to problem resolution and includes timelines, milestones, issue identification/resolution and the status of each task.  Our ability to analyze and document complex programs, systems and business processes is the key to developing valued solutions.
