Therese Fauerbach: Co-Founder and CEO
Therese is a business leader with an extensive track record in international and domestic sales, marketing, consumer service, finance and external affairs. As Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Northridge Group, Therese is involved in client relations with Fortune 200 clients, business development and strategic client engagements. She is well-known throughout the industry for her creativity, big picture ideas and ability to get things done. Under her leadership, The Northridge Group has operated profitably each year since its inception. Along with her business partner, Ms. Fauerbach was recently inaugurated into the Chicago Area Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame.
Therese holds a BA in accounting from St. Norbert College and an MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. She sits on the board of The Chicago Network and The Cradle, one of the foremost adoption agencies in the country. A firm believer in giving back, Therese actively supports The Girl Scouts, Glenkirk and ABCD, an organization that provides support to newly diagnosed breast cancer patients.
Marriann Cole: Chief Operating Officer
Guiding the day to day operations at NRG with a keen eye, sharp intellect, and depth of knowledge, Chief Operating Officer Marriann Cole ensures that quality-focused processes are in place to deliver consistently exceptional results for Northridge clients. Marriann leads project teams for prominent clients across both carrier and enterprise practices with a collaborative approach that results in outstanding benefits for all involved. She particularly enjoys projects that solve client problems. She puts herself in their shoes and addresses each issue from a practical, pragmatic perspective--turning chaos into structure.
An active member of the Executives' Club of Chicago, Marriann graduated from Clarke College with a BA in math and computer science. She holds an MBA from the Executive Telecommunications Program at the Illinois Institute of Technology.
Melissa Copeland: Principal
Melissa joined Northridge in 2003 with a background in channel and contact center management, business planning, negotiations and sourcing, and global program management . Melissa developed Northridge’s methodologies in Organizational Assessments, Communications Strategy, Sourcing and Contact Center solutions. During her tenure, Northridge enterprise business has grown from a smattering of projects to a key component of the company’s business. In her current role as Principal, Melissa works with all client segments to drive focused strategic and tactical results through effective process and metrics management in large organizations.
Melissa completed her MBA at the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University and graduated cum laude from Duke University. Melissa is an avid tennis player and hiker.
Leo Lanzillo: Principal
Leo joined Northridge in 2004 to manage Northridge's growing work in Telecommunications Services Management providing critical strategic direction and discipline for enterprise communications expense management. Today, as Principal of The Northridge Group, Leo is responsible for the management and quality oversight of client deliverables and evolving service offerings to ensure customer satisfaction. Leo’s work with clients focuses on solving problems that enable better leverage of resources and greater insight into operations and management decision-making. Leo's career has included work as a software engineer and senior management positions in client services, finance and operations. He provides leadership and vision to the development of Northridge models and analytics that drive effective cost management for all client segments.
Leo is the Vice-Chair and Secretary for the Glen Ellyn Lakers Soccer Club and also supports the Dupage Public Action to Deliver Shelter organization. Leo holds a BA in Computer Science from Harvard University and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago. He is a long-time soccer player and coach.
