The Northridge Group's Customer Experience leader, Pam Plyler, will be speaking at Clarabridge's C3 conference May 1-3, 2017.
This three day event features thought leaders and top practitioners in customer experience (CX) and social customer service sharing best practices and advice needed to stay ahead in the customer experience industry.
Pam Plyler will be co-presenting the keynote address with HCSC on Wednesday, May 3, which will include best practices on how to leverage Voice of the Customer analytics to provide a seamless omni-channel customer experience. Pam will also be co-facilitating an Advanced Track session on Wednesday entitled "Turning the Contact Center in a CX Hub."
