Northridge CFO, Leo Lanzillo, Elected to Thresholds Board of Directors

Rosemont, IL (March 28, 2016) - Leo Lanzillo, Chief Financial Officer of The Northridge Group (“Northridge”), was recently elected to serve on the Board of Directors for the Chicago-based nonprofit, Thresholds.

Thresholds provides healthcare, housing, and supported employment services for people living with mental illnesses in Illinois. One of the oldest and largest organizations of its kind, Thresholds serves over 10,000 people at nearly 100 locations throughout Chicago and the adjacent suburbs.

As Chief Financial Officer, Leo is a member of the Northridge senior management team and provides executive level oversight and leadership both internally and externally. With over 25 years of experience, including senior management positions with both IBM’s and AT&T’s Global Network Services business, Leo’s knowledge spans software development, project management, executive operations and financial leadership. He holds a BA in Computer Science from Harvard University and an MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago.
